About the Role
As part of the Sentral Leadership Team, the Senior Business Partner – People & Culture, will provide a mix of strategic and operational support across the business for all things people! You will guide, support and work with senior leaders to demonstrate and communicate company values, clarify performance expectations, role model behaviour and drive a positive workplace culture. Additionally, as part of the awesome (we aren’t biased at all!) group P&C team, you will work closely with the Head of People & Culture for Global Payments AU/NZ, to localise and deploy worldwide HR initiatives and align global best practices.
