About the Role

We are seeking a driven, energetic and customer centric individual to join our Customer Service Team! This role is key in providing ongoing support to both new and existing clients, resolving problems and answering queries through various communication channels.The successful candidate will join a welcoming and friendly team helping to deliver outstanding customer experiences for our clients with an emphasis on customer loyalty.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and actioning incoming calls, chats and emails from customers in a timely and effective manner;
  • Responding, investigating and resolving questions and issues from clients;
  • Meeting and exceeding service KPI’s’;
  • Maintaining client data and ensuring its integrity;
  • Identifying issues and trends that are affecting our clients and escalating appropriately to ensure timely resolution.

 

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a passion for customer service and possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in a customer focused position (call centre experience not necessary);
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to convey empathy and understanding over the phone;
  • Thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment;
  • High attention to detail and the ability to pick up new systems quickly;
  • Ability to think outside of the box and solve problems quickly and effectively;
  • Flexible and mature approach.
